Our history

2005 Phu My Designing Consulting Limited (PMDC in short), a company which is specialized in construction consulting, was founded by the engineers and the architects with long-term experience and huge professional passion.
2006 Completion of the construction documents (architectural, structural, and electrical - mechanical) for the first buildings, such as:
  • 4S Riverside Garden Apartment (4SI)
  • Linh Dong Resettlement Apartment
  • Tam Phu Apartment (SunView) – Basic Design.
  • ANCO Factory – Vinh Long province
In addition, we worked in collaboration with the architectural companies in technical design:

2007 PMDC became one of the first design consulting units from Vietnam which designed adhesive post-tensioning structure for building projects, including:
  • 4S Riverside Garden Apartment
  • Tam Phu Apartment (SunView)
  • 93 Cao Thang Office
  • MorningStar Apartment Building
  • Public Affair Building
2008 PMDC was the first consulting unit suggesting the solution of bed-plate foundation for Bao Gia Office (Le Dai Hanh, District 10), with the scale of 3 basements & 28 storeys. This is one of the highest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City with the application of bed-plate foundation.

2009

2010
  • PMDC was trusted and selected by TTL to become a consulting unit for 4S-II project with the scale of 115,000 m2 GFA.
  • With DP, we performed structural design for many multistory-building projects in HCMC: Satra-Exim Apartment, Van Hung Phat Apartment, Agribank Southern Office Building (4 basements), Hoa Sen Apartment, Intressco Hiep Phu…
  • With CASA, PMDC was selected to perform the structural design for LimTower project with 34 storeys, 2 doubled underground levels (4 basements for parking)
2011 PMDC collaborated with NIBC – a project managing company from Korea – in seeking for project managing solutions and design solutions which can bring clients the efficiency from their investment. We were successful in the project with the role of design consulting and supervising consulting:
  • The Summit (21 storeys) is a high quality apartment in Da Nang with the construction price is 6,000,000 VND/m2 (the grid part was executed in advance). The project’s ground-breaking ceremony was held in 2011 and the take-the-roof ceremony was held in late 03/2012.
2012 PMDC continues to collaborate with NIBC and Phu My Architecting Consulting Limited in the project of social housing in Da Nang – NestHome:
  • NestHome project (9 storeys) with the construction price per square meter unit of 4,000,000 VND (commenced in 8/2012)
